Dibbid is deliberately small and quiet. Most questions are answered here.

How do dibs, double dibs and bids work?
The first person to claim an item calls dibs. After that the button becomes double dibs, and once anyone attaches a price the item moves to bidding — each bid must beat the one before it. You never see other people's offers.
Who can see my collection?
Only people you send the link or code to. Collections are never listed publicly or indexed, and you can add a passcode for an extra layer.
How do deadlines work?
A collection can have a dibs-close date and a collect-by date. Items follow the collection unless you give an item its own deadline, and you can always set an item back to the collection deadline.
What does Dibbid know about me?
Your Dibbid ID, a username you choose, and optionally an email address for recovery. Contact details are never shared — your name only reaches a lister once you've been awarded an item.
I've lost access to my account.
Use your six-word recovery phrase on the sign-in screen. If you've lost that too, a new Dibbid ID is the only way back in — we can't reach into an account we can't identify.

Still stuck? Head back to your dashboard and try the action again — most issues clear on a fresh attempt.
